FoodSmash is a free-to-play match-3 puzzle game featuring Munchzilla, your hungry dinosaur companion. This privacy policy explains how we handle your data when you play FoodSmash.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

FoodSmash is designed to be family-friendly and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
• Advertising shown to users identified as children is contextual, not behavioral
• We do not require account creation to play
• There are no social features, chat, or user-to-user communication

Data Storage and Security

Your game progress is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, your progress may be lost unless you have:

• iOS: iCloud backup enabled
• Android: Google Play Games backup enabled

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any data transmitted through our services.

Your Rights and Choices

Opt-Out of Personalized Ads

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Turn off "Personalized Ads"
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

Reset Advertising Identifier

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → "Reset Advertising Identifier"
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Reset advertising ID"

Delete Your Data

To delete all game data:

• Uninstall the FoodSmash app from your device
• Delete iCloud/Google Play Games backup data if applicable

California residents have additional rights:
